Located in Alicante, Spain, this site is entirely dedicated to the
homeshop machinist, model engineer, all those who work with a lathe and/or a milling machine and all metal working related topics with no particular limit. My interest in machining began some 15 years ago as a result of my life long ambition of building a model gas turbine engine. MK I engine saw the light of day for about 5 minutes before self-destructing. This sprang an amazing wave of looking for "The Lathe". 15 years and 11 lathes and I think that I now have the ultimate lathe!
